Women are revolutionizing community associations worldwide as they set strong examples of what it looks like to be valued female leaders. That's why we're making the spotlight especially bright for them as we celebrate National Women's History Month.

As we speak, CAI women leaders are representing the majority of the 2017 CAI leadership roster and are earning the highest CAI designations available. The salaries of women working in organizations with multi-million dollar budgets within our industry have continuously increased, according to CAI's 2013 Salary Survey, as well.

And while the numbers show that women within CAI's field are climbing the ladder and earning achievements as they go, some of our most powerful industry leaders have come forth to share their personal experiences with professional growth. Through their testimonies we've noticed a common theme about women in this industry—they feel like the sky is the limit.
