There are three easy ways to renew your CAI membership and continue receiving your member benefits.

CAI membership is based on an anniversary cycle; your expiration date is one calendar year following the date you joined. Invoices are sent via regular mail and email prior to expiration. For information about your membership status and expiration date, or to request an updated member ID card, please call (888) 224-4321 (M-F, 9-6:30 ET). Please use our online form to update your contact information.

If you would like a copy of your membership renewal invoice, please contact us. Please include your member type, expiration date (if available), and Member ID number (if available). Please specify whether you want the invoice sent via fax, email or regular mail. Please include relevant contact information.

To pay an invoice you have already received:

• Call (888) 224-4321 (M-F, 9-6:30 ET).
• Mail your payment with the invoice to CAI, P.O. Box 34793, Alexandria, VA 22334-0793.
• Fax your payment with the invoice to (703) 684-1581.

Please note: You can renew your membership early, but it must be within three months of your expiration date.
