Utah Forms CAI's 28th LAC

The Utah Legislative Action Committee (LAC) has become the 28th LAC to represent members in the public policy arena.

Utah chapter members have been working actively to form this group, identifying LAC delegates to serve on the committee. LAC volunteers work on state legislative and regulatory activities important to the creation and operation of community associations. The Utah group is already identifying advocacy objectives for the 2007 legislative session.

For more information about this new LAC, or to welcome them to CAI's LAC family, please contact Chapter President Michael D. Johnson (), or LAC Chair Rolf H. Berger, Esq. ().
