Video/Audio Taping Policy

Material presented in the classes held pursuant to CAI's contract with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Florida Land Sales, Condominiums and Mobile Homes is copyrighted by Community Associations Institute (CAI) and may not be taped or reproduced for public distribution, listening, or viewing. If you require special accommodations to participate fully, please send a written description of your needs to: Ms. Laura Hagan, 18860 U.S. 19 N., Ste. 153, Clearwater, FL 33764, e-mail it to , or fax it to 727-525-0962 at least five business days prior to the course. In some instances, CAI may grant requests to audio or videotape the classes for personal understanding of the material. Such a request requires prior written approval from CAI and the course instructor.
