M-370: Managing Developing Communities

This course offers approaches to the challenges associated with managing developing communities. From community design to operational turnover, you’ll explore each stage of development and address potential issues. You’ll learn to manage a transition effectively, while avoiding legal problems and dissent in the community.

  • Transition processes following transfer of control
  • Operational turnover
  • Risk management
  • Association and developer expectations

Course Length and Format

  • Virtual Edition (Zoom): 2 days | 12-3 p.m. ET both days​
  • Classroom Edition: 1.5 days | Day 1: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. | Day 2: 9 a.m. - 12 Noon

Certificate Information
Students have 30 days from the live course to complete an online M-300 verification question and evaluation to ensure you get credit for this course. You must complete both items to receive credit.
