You'll have a full three months to complete the Home Study course. Special arrangements for testing are made for home study students. To receive credit, the 90-minute exam must be taken within 90 days of ordering the manual. In recognition of passing the course, a certificate suitable for framing will be awarded. In addition, you will receive information on sitting for the National Certification Examination to obtain your CMCA and pursuing additional CAI designations.

Essentials is required for certification as a Certified Manager of Community Associations® (CMCA®), an Association Management Specialist (AMS), and as a Professional Community Association Manager® (PCAM®).
