CE Request Form.
Page two of the CE Request Form lists which states have approved which CAI courses and for how many credits. Approved states include:

- Minnesota
- Nevada
- North Carolina
- South Carolina
- Utah
- Virginia
Completed CE request forms must be turned in to CAI within 14 days of course completion. Fax your completed request to (703) 970-9558 or mail to CAI's Education Department at 6402 Arlington Blvd., Suite 500, Falls Church, VA 22042.
*Please note: CAI's online courses may not be approved for continuing education credit toward your state license. Please contact CAI for more information.
