Henry Givray is Chairman and CEO of SmithBucklin Corporation, the largest association management and professional services company providing full-service management and related staff resources to more than 320 trade and professional associations, government institutes and corporations. Since Henry's return to SmithBucklin as its CEO in 2002, the company has shattered every performance record from the previous 60 years in areas that include client retention, new client acquisition, employee satisfaction, financial performance and growth. Henry holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a B.S and M.E. in operations research from Cornell University.

Lawrence Yun is Chief Economist and Senior Vice President at the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS. He writes regular columns on real estate market trends, creates NAR's forecasts, and participates in many economic forecasting panels, including Blue Chip and the Harvard University Industrial Economist Council. He regularly appears on CNBC, BBC and Bloomberg TV and is a frequent speaker at Real Estate conferences throughout the United States. USA Today recently listed him among the top 10 economic forecasters in the country.
Dr. Yun has been with NAR since 2000. Prior to that, he worked as an economic consultant to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and the U.S. Department of Education. While a research associate at the University of Maryland, Yun taught free market economics in the former Soviet Union as that country transitioned from communism. Dr. Yun received his undergraduate degree from Purdue University and earned his Ph.D. from the University of Maryland at College Park. |

TERMS: Full payment must accompany signed sponsorship application. CAI reserves the right to refuse any sponsorship application or to cancel any prepaid sponsorship it deems appropriate to avoid conflicts of interest. CAI will refund payments for canceled sponsorships if marketing did not include sponsor and if written requests are received by May 19, 2010. Sponsorship refunds or cancellations cannot be made after any promotional materials have been created.
CAI “SUITCASING” POLICY: CAI has a no tolerance policy regarding “suitcasing,” which is the practice of non-sponsoring companies or individuals soliciting sales or sales leads in the lobbies, and/or representing their services or soliciting retreat participants for conflicting social activities. Non-sponsoring suppliers participating in the retreat as speakers are prohibited from soliciting business in the hotel. Violators of this policy will be charged the education session sponsorship rate, which must be paid prior to registering as an attendee, exhibitor or sponsor at any future CAI event. It is considered “bad-form” to conduct business outside of your own table-top area. Talking to clients or prospects in-front of someone else’s display is also a violation of CAI policy will not be tolerated.
PRIVATE PARTY POLICY: All hospitality suites and hosted events must be reserved, approved, and paid for through CAI. Hospitality suites/hosted events are not permitted during official Retreat activities. Non-sponsoring suppliers are not permitted to host events at the official hotel during the Retreat.
Violators of these policies will be ejected from the Retreat if applicable, and charged $5,500, which must be paid prior to registering as an attendee, exhibitor, or sponsor at any future CAI events
