Now Accepting 2010 Calls for Presentations - Due December 18!

Recommend a speaker or submit a proposal yourself.

The 2010 CEO-MC Retreat Committee is now accepting  Calls for Presentations. Some of the suggested topics are:

* Technology                     * Strategic Planning       * Sales & Marketing
* Industry Trends               * Executive Leadership

Here is the feedback based on evaluations of the 2009 CEO-MC Retreat; our CEO's would like to see us implement:

  • More technology topics at the CEO-MC Retreat
  • More CEO and industry speakers at the CEO-MC Retreat
  • More technology and CEO-level sessions at the CAI National Conference
    Technology and CEO-level webinars

In addition, several members of our Task Force have participated in conference calls regarding how we approach future conferences.  One of the suggestions is that we should explore the transition of future CEO-MC Retreats from June to October/November

Since the CEO-MC Retreat is designed around your expectations, we want to hear from you before we proceed with changes to our current program.  Please therefore click on this link and make your voices heard.  http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/VXV8RBK

You will:

  • Vote on whether to move future CEO-MC Conferences from the Summer to Fall (after 2010)
  • Recommend yourself or others as speakers at 2010 CEO-MC , and
  • Let us know your thoughts on additional programming on CEO and technology topics, such as webinars, education sessions at conferences, and separate events.

Here is how the CEOs ranked future topics for CEO programs:

Technology topics

#1 Technology specific to our field
#2 Business technology trends
#3 General business & productivity tools/software
#4 Small businesses IT best practice

Topics for CEO programs were ranked as follows:

#1 Strategy & Planning
#2 Technologies
#3 Industry Trends
#4 Executive Leadership
#5 Sales & Marketing

As you think about programs and speakers, please consider these two lists.  In the meanwhile, we encourage you to click on the above Survey Monkey link above and vote or fill out the Call for Presentaitons form.

We all know and appreciate the value of your time.
