Handouts are Due December 11, 2009
Send in outlines, handouts, and PowerPoint presentations. Refer to the “Specifications for Presentations Handouts” and the “Specifications for PowerPoint Presentations” sheet in this kit before sending. Scott Carpenter will review all presentations before they are considered final. Please email handouts to scott.carpenter@carpenterhazlewood.com and hcarson@caionline.org.
Registration
Speakers do need to register if planning to attend the Law Seminar. Registration is $575 by December 11, 2009 and $625 after December 11, 2009. The registration for Law Seminar includes the 2010 Proceedings CD-ROM, continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks, lunches, and a reception on Friday evening.

Law Seminar Proceedings CD-ROM
All handouts will be provided on a CD-ROM. The CD-ROM has replaced the proceedings binder, which had become large and cumbersome (on average 1000 pages).

Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Credits
The Community Association Law Seminar has been submitted for CLE credit in nearly 20 states. In the past years, the Law Seminar has qualified in most states for 11-13 hours of CLE credits, including 1.5 hours of ethics. You must be registered for and sign in both days to receive CLE credit. Sign-in will be at the registration desk.
