Each year, CAI's National Conference brings together hundreds of your peers, colleagues and industry experts in the community association field to discuss the present and future of the industry. The 2007 conference held April 25–28 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, was widely considered one of the best ever and was the most attended event in CAI history, with more than 1,300 participants, including a number of industry leaders who shared their expertise in more than 25 education sessions.

Stephen J. Harvill

Stephen J. Harvill has followed a career path in the design and implementation of people development programs. His cutting edge concepts, insights and unique techniques leave a lasting impression on his audience. Famous for his multi-media, energetic style of presentations, Stephen has found a way to bridge the traditional barriers that stop organizations from reaching their potential.

Stephen is the author of numerous articles and publications dealing with creative management skills and the future of leadership in our chaotic world. His schedule has him working with a diverse range of clients, including Wells Fargo, Frito Lay, IBM, Southwest Airlines, PBS and AIA. He is a frequent speaker, consultant and instructor for various professional groups. He also served as the president of the CAI Board of Directors (1993-94).
