Education for Homeowner Leaders
Homeowners who complete CAI’s education programs have demonstrated a commitment to greater knowledge and put themselves in a better position to provide leadership in their communities. CAI offers many excellent resources for homeowner leaders.
Education for Service Providers
CAI also offers learning opportunities for service providers - including the Business Partner Essentials, a two-part, online course to help CAI-member product and service providers better understand CAI, community associations and the industry at large. Individuals who pass the course and maintain CAI membership earn the CAI Educated Business Partner member distinction. In addition to the Business Partner Essentials, CAI offers many programs designed specifically for service providers.

Events—Conferences and Seminars
Annual conferences and seminars provide education and networking opportunities for community association managers, community volunteer leaders, and professionals such as lawyers, accountants, CEOs, real estate agents, reserve study providers, insurance professionals, and other interested stakeholders. Many conference programs provide continuing education credit for renewal of professional designations.
