Policies

1. CAI accepts no responsibility for the opinions and information posted or provided through CAI's web site, message boards, listservs or links to other web sites. Therefore, all users are responsible for seeking advice of professionals regarding information, opinions or content provided.
2. CAI's policy does not allow the exchange of information regarding matters pertaining to price, refusal to deal, market division, tying relationships and other topics which might infringe upon antitrust regulations.
3. CAI's policy does not allow users to post any defamatory, abusive, profane, threatening, offensive, anti-competitive or illegal materials. CAI does not condone and will not be responsible for any such materials or resulting liability, including antitrust liability.
4. CAI's policy does not allow users to post any information, software or other material protected by copyright without the permission of the copyright owner. By uploading information, software or other materials, the uploading party warrants and represents that it owns the copyright in such information, software or other material, or has received permission from the person or entity who owns the copyright in such information, software or other material. By uploading information, software or other material onto CAI's site or other CAI provided online service site, the uploading party grants the association and users of the association web site the non-exclusive right and license to display, copy, publish, distribute, transmit, print and use such information, software or other material. Subject to the grant of this license, the uploading party retains any other rights that the party may have in such information, software, or other material.
5. CAI does not actively monitor the web site or other online services provided for inappropriate postings and does not on its own undertake editorial control of postings. However, in the event that any inappropriate posting is brought to CAI's attention, CAI will take all appropriate action.
