The National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers (NBC-CAM)
NBC-CAM grants the Certified Manager of Community Associations^® (CMCA^®) credential to individuals who demonstrate fundamental knowledge and expertise in managing homeowner and condominium associations and cooperatives.

NBC-CAM was created in 1995 by Community Associations Institute as an independent, yet affiliated, nonprofit organization.

CAI Chapters
Community Associations Institute has 55 chapters throughout the United States serving its more than 16,000 members. Each chapter has its own array of programs and services.
