CAI's Builders Alliance was established to assist our builder/developer members with educating their communities before, during, and after developer transition to make the process as smooth and seamless as possible. The Builders Alliance will enhance your commitment to your customers and help their communities run more effectively.

This 46-page guide serves as a primer for homeowners and board members who are new to community association living and should be provided to board members in your communities.
Best Practices Report—Transition from Developer Control
This 52-page report is the product of the National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB) and the Foundation for Community Association Research. The report provides builders and associations with guidelines to develop and transition a community easily and without confrontation. We suggest distributing this to board members in your communities.
CAI Resource Packet
This is a resource packet of membership information, reference materials, and brochures from CAI and should be provided to board members in your communities.
FREE Trial Membership
Also available to members of our Builders Alliance is a free six month trial membership with CAI for your communities. This free trial membership is only offered to builder/developers who sign up their communities currently under developer control. Communities under developer control should contact their builder/developer and inform them of the Builders Alliance and this special promotion.
